Users of Quaternary Sanitizers are expected to have on hand a test procedure to show that their solutions have the proper and effective concentrations required. These kits will provide on-site and immediate verification of the strength of the sanitizing solution.
The quat testers will also detect exhaustion of solutions that should be replaced and will avoid the use of excessive and wasteful amounts of quat compound. QT Test Paper works best in non-alkaline quats.
INSTRUCTIONS: Dip the strip into the sanitizing solution for 10 seconds, then instantly compare the resulting colour with the enclosed colour chart which matches concentrations of 0-150-200-400-500ppm. Test solution should be between 18 – 24ºC.
