Description

An oven and grill cleaner which quickly dissolves heavy grease, grime and baked-on food deposits. May be used on ovens, hot plates, grill plates, deep fryers, barbecues and other heavy-duty cooking equipment found in commercial kitchens.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

General Cleaning: Dilute 1:5 with water. Heavy Duty Cleaning: Use as supplied. Remove any excess grease, fats and carbonised deposits with a scraper, spatula, wire brush or other suitable utensils. Adjust equipment temperature to approximately 65-80 degrees. Apply directly onto surface and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. (Do not allow chemical to dry-out). Scrub surface with scouring pad or brush to clean – Rinse off. Do not use on aluminum or polished stainless. Do not mix with any other chemical. Store in a cool area away from direct sunlight.
